Initial Level

The initial level workshop programme is designed for newly promoted individuals that have responsibility to manage people. They are half day modules that can be "bolted" together to suit organisational requirements. These workshops are positioned at the National Vocational Qualification Level 3 learning standards.

Intermediate Level

The intermediate level workshop programme is designed for middle managers that have responsibility to manage people. They are one day modules that can be bolted together to suit organisational requirements. These workshops are positioned at the National Vocational Qualification Level 4/5 learning standards.

Advanced Level

The advanced level workshop programme is designed for senior managers and directors that have responsibility to manage people, create vision and strategy and execute operational plans. They are 1 day modules that blend leading edge research and development with practical commercial applications and are delivered by a mix of industry experts.
